Clients may carefully not that their envelopes/Packets must not contain any letter or communication which will infringe the Indian Post Office Act 1893. Cheques, Drafts, Files, Stationery, Documents, Negotiable Instruments, Banking Papers, L.C's and such other documents are not barred from being sent through service.We accept envelope/s parcels in good faith that they contain anything which infringe the law.
Goods of hazardous nature which are expressly prohibited by Railway/Airport authority or any other transport agency,shall not be accepted.
Consignors are advised to insure parcels containing valuables.
Company shall not be liable for any loss arising due to confiscation of goods by any goverment or local authority.
We are not liable if a shipment is lost,damaged or misdelivered because of circumstances beyond our control,which includes:- Act of God: for example earthquake,cyclone,storm,flood,etc., Force Majeure: for example war,plane crash,embargo etc.,
Our liability in case of any loss or damage shall not exceed Rs.1000/-
The company shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to causes beyond its control such as floods,accident,fire,war etc.
Warsaw Convention - if the transportation of a shipment involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country of departure,the Warsaw convention may apply.The convention governs and in most cases further limits,our liability for loss or damage to such shipment.
Every effort is made to adhere of delivery schedules,but it may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Volumetric Weight for large light - weight shipments:
We comply with IATA regulation and charge the greater of either thevolumetric weight or the actual weight.To calculate the volumetric, multiply in centimeters the length into breadth into height of your shipments and then divide the total by 5000.
Octroi of any other charges leviable by any Central/State/Local Authorities wherever application shall be extra, and payable by the consignor.
For packets weighing very little but occupying abnormal area,additional charges will leviable as per volume weight.
Professional International Couriers(P) Limited has the right but not the obligation,to inspect any shipments including without limitation opening Shipment.
We will also not be liable for any loss ,misdelivery,delay or damage too any,shipment including without limitation opening the shipment.
All matters of Business to be settled within Chennai jurisdicationonly.
We do not carry jewellery precious metals,contraband etc.
Our rates are for each articles unless stated otherwise.
No Claims will be accepted after 30 days from the date of booking nor any communication shall be entertaines by the company in any cirumstance as all the proof/records of delivery will be destroyed by the company thereafter.
